Our stripes fused glass plate is inspired by the Danish pastel interior design style and intended to help foster optimism and balance in your home. Pastel colors are proven to promote cheerfulness and positivity when used in interior design. And who couldn't use more of that these days! Our kiln formed and coldworked glass plate is created from recycled glass strips that have been stacked and fired in an electric kiln to approximately 1500 degrees to fuse them together. The rough edges of the piece are then ground by hand before the glass object is sandblasted, and fire polished to a lovely soft finish.
