Gentle Creature is a kilnformed glass art object inspired by the video games and comic books of my youth. Pieces of sheet glass are cut apart and assembled in an electric kiln, then fired to 1500 degrees. The fused glass object is then coldworked, sandblasted, and slumped to achieve a soft matte finish.
